Chocolate Chip Cream Cheeseball
1 cup white raisins
½ cup rum or amaretto
3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1½ cups small chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans
Soak raisins in alcohol for 1-2 hours. Drain. Soften cream cheese, mix in remaining ingredients, then shape into a ball. Serve with Ginger Snaps.
