Pineapple Cheeseball
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups chopped Pecans
¼ cup green pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Save half the Pecans to cover cheeseball. Mix all other ingredients. Chill and shape. Serve with favorite crackers.
