Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
1 cup buttermilk baking mixture (Bisquick)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup & 3 tablespoon cocoa
½ cup milk
1 cup finely chopped Pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cup hot tap water
Garnish: powdered sugar
Heat oven 350°. Grease 8" baking dish. Mix Bisquick, ½ cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa and Pecans. Stir in milk and vanilla until blended. Pour this mixture into greased pan. Sprinkle mixture of 1/3 cup cocoa and ½ cup sugar evenly over mixture.
Pour hot tap water over mixture (do not stir). Bake 40 minutes. Dust lightly with powdered sugar. Spoon into dessert bowl while hot.
