Pumpkin Pie Cake
2 cans (8 oz) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk (skim is ok)
3 eggs, beaten (egg beaters ok)
1¼ cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Mix above ingredients and pour into a 9xl3 greased pan.
Mix together and pour over pumpkin mixture:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, room temperature
Add:
1 cup chopped Pecans
Pour pecans over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
