Orange Pecans

2 cups sugar
¾ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange rind
3 cups Pecan halves

Cook sugar and orange juice to 240° (softball stage). Add orange rind and Pecans. Stir until creamy color, about 5-7 minutes. Spread on wax paper. Separate using two forks.
