Sour Cream Pecans

½ cup sour cream
1½ cups granulated sugar
1½ teaspoon vanilla
3-4 cups Pecan halves

Combine first three ingredients in pan. Cook to 224°. Stir in Pecans. Mix to coat. Remove from heat, cover with lid 5-10 minutes. Pour onto wax paper, separate with fork. Cool.
